Holiday Sharing
"I am going through a divorce, and CSA has been very helpful and supportive. With your support, I've been able to provide for my kids despite the financial hardships. I was able to provide them with clothing, shoes, food, Christmas gifts and a roof over our heads."
The holidays are often the most trying times for the area's homeless and underprivileged. Through our holiday food and toy drives, CSA is able to provide clients with food and small gifts and toys, making the season a little brighter for those who give and those who receive.
The Holiday Sharing Program has become our most volunteer and community-engaged program making the holiday season brighter for 500 families and 1,000 children each year.
For more information about our Holiday Sharing Program, contact Alison Hopkins, our Holiday Sharing Program Coordinator at ahopkinsATcsacaresDOTorg.
Because of so many in our community, our Holiday Sharing Program brought food, gifts and the holiday spirit to hundreds of families in the community.
With much help, our 2009 Holiday Sharing Program provided:
491 Thanksgiving meat tickets
508 Thanksgiving food bags
453 Holiday meat tickets
584 Holiday food bags
579 families received toys for 1,169 children!
Thank You!
