Empty Glasses Virtual Winetasting Event

Friday, August 7, 2020 – 4:30 to 6:00PM

Join CSA’s Young Professionals for a cause that benefits our community, all while learning more about wine. This year we are partnering with Hook and Ladder Winery on Friday, August 7th at 4:30PM to bring you a fabulous wine tasting event that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. The event will feature three of their estate wines which can be purchased before the event and shipped to your door!  Whether you feel you don’t know much about wine or you’re a pro – they will cover the basics and also go deep into the tasting notes for those more experienced.

For purchases made before the event, Hook and Ladder is generously donating 50% of all proceeds from sales of these featured wines. Not only that, they are offering a shipping discount – just make sure you use the special promo code CSACARES.

Here’s how to participate:

  1. Register for a free ticket here to get access to the online event and receive event updates.
  2. Go to this special Hook and Ladder CSA Link to order your wine. Please order by August 4th to allow time for shipping, and make sure to use the special promo code CSACARES at checkout for a shipping discount.
  3. Share this event with any wine-loving friends who would be interested in helping those in need in our community. You don’t have to be a Young Professional to participate.
  4. Even if you can’t attend the virtual tasting, you can still purchase wine to support CSA or donate directly to the cause by clicking here.

CSA YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

Our Young Professionals (YP) group is geared toward individuals in their 20s, 30s and 40s who want to address the issues of hunger, poverty and homelessness in our community. YP members volunteer at events, plan small fundraisers to support CSA’s work and serve as ambassadors in the community.
